Our Ethiopia single origin beans are processed naturally, sorted by hand and dried on raised beds. We partner with small coffee farms in the Sidama zone using indigenous heirloom cultivars to source the highest quality beans available. With our medium light roast you'll taste notes of milk chocolate, fruit and caramel.
